On the100th anniversary of the death of Ottó Herman, we commemorate the great Hungarian polymath with an exhibition. To evoke his memory and revive his legacy, we wanted to set up an exhibition, which consists of two parts.

In the first part,we deal with the person of the polymath and the diversity of his work, the second part we show revive the original the exhibition Ancient Arts and Crafts with present day and original means of 1907 .

In 1907, scientists Ottó Hermann had the exhibition Ancient Arts and Crafts the same room as now at the Royal Hungarian Museum of Agriculture. The complete material on display is the property of the Agricultural Museum, including many that were collected by Otto Herman himself. The vast majority of the pictures are also linked to the great scientist. Some of them are Herman's own drawings but there are also some by people who Hermann supported or discovered.
