The material he uses is sackcloth, wire, glue, lamina, oil painting, crayon, paper or copper sheet. He tears, ties, screws, glues, uses spatula or his hand to put on layers of posh. What he uses is randomness.
Entropy
The patches are brought closer by torn sackcloth. The spectacle is familiar; they feel like touching, a kind of dim memory from the depth of our mind. Sometimes the painting is none but adding a little to the base emphasising the spatial elements of the relief-compositions created by the patches and stitches. Every one of the pictures is a unique colour-constellation.
