Tibor Palkó (Budapest, 11th July, 1959), painter honoured with Munkácsy-prize, studied at Hungarian Art Academy, department of painting (1981-1985). He attended the Artist Traning of the Academy between 1986-1988. He works in Budapest, Jászberény and Nagykáta. From 1985 he is the reader of the Training-school College in Jászberény, and from 2008 he is the head of the Art Department of the Jászberény Faculty of the Szent István University.
