Tibor Palkó (Budapest, 11th July, 1959), painter honoured with Munkácsy-prize, studied at Hungarian Art Academy, department of painting (1981-1985). He attended the Artist Traning of the Academy between 1986-1988.

He's co-founder of Art Association "Alkotárs". He has been organizing managing "Art Camp" International Art Symposium, since1990. He's co-founder of "Block group (Katona Zoltán, Nagy Árpád-Pika, Nayg István, Palkó Tibor, Sebestyén Zoltán).
He works in Budapest, Jászberény and Nagykáta. From 1985 he is the reader of the Training-school College in Jászberény, and from 2008 he is the head of the Art Department of the Jászberény Faculty of the Szent István University.
He has been working in Ateliers Pro Arts /APA!/, Budapest Stúdió since January 2002.
We selected the collection of the exhibition shown in the Jászkürt Fogadó (Jászberény, 6 Déryné street) from the Szentirmay Collection.
