After ceramic studies in the Secondary School of Art in Szeged, she became a porcelain designer at the Hungarian Academy of Applied Arts in 1970 under the guidance of Imre Schrammel and György Jánossy. Was designer of the Granite Polishing Wheel and Stoneware Company from 1970, its artistic director between 1982 and 1986. Headed the Silicate Industrial Design Studio of the Academy from 1986, became lecturer at the department of porcelain from 1993 to 1997. Now works in her own workshop.
