After ceramic studies in the Secondary School of Art in Szeged, she became a porcelain designer at the Hungarian Academy of Applied Arts in 1970 under the guidance of Imre Schrammel and György Jánossy. Was designer of the Granite Polishing Wheel and Stoneware Company from 1970, its artistic director between 1982 and 1986. Headed the Silicate Industrial Design Studio of the Academy from 1986, became lecturer at the department of porcelain from 1993 to 1997. Now works in her own workshop. Her work includes small- and large-series wares, architectural ceramics and autonomous works. She is working for the Korall Ceramics Ltd since 2001, such as in her own atelier.

Participated in the Siklós Ceramics Symposium in 1973, the International Ceramics Symposium in Vilnius in 1975. Worked in the Kecskemét International Ceramics Studio in 1978, 1979, 1980, 1989 and 1992 on scholarship, and the Goa International Ceramics Symposium in 1994.
