The event ten years ago was very important both for soldiers and the civic society since Tata was in the centre of attention for a couple of days. At the mimic warfare beginning on 10 September, 68 860 people and 15 073 horses took part. However, the event was really significant due to the participating guests, Franz Joseph, the emperor of Austria and King of Hungary, William II German Emperor.

This was the occasion to which acetylene gas lamps were set up in the town of Tata first in the world. The telephone system and net was built up then too. The County of Komárom and the town of Tata and Tóváros organized grand programmes honouring the royal personae.
The exhibition remembers the soldiers participating at the mimic warfare and the people celebrating the event. Several pictures and objects are shown for the first time to the audience.
