The devoted lovers of the lake Balaton sometimes say that the best experiences can many times be gained further away from the shore. Thius saying can be proven by the potter's workshop of Attila and Géza Légli. The workshop can be found only 5 kilometers away from the lake, but now it is coming even closer, to the Dorottya street, where an exhibition is arranged of the works made un the workshop established 20 years ago.

Attila Légli does not like to clal their works as masterpieces. He prefers words sucs as ornament, plate, garden bowl or black ceramics. However, wether we drink or eat from these items, we wil always realize the cheerful mood and the love of tradition that characterize the artists. Visitors can try out the way pots are made in this excelent atmosphere.

If a butter holder or a fruit bowl creates a nice atmosphere, we just as well cal them masterpieces, even if the artists do not think alike.

The exhibition (open in April) is worth visiting, especially if we like all the taste and atmosphere of Somogy county and the Southern shore of the lake.
