'I went to school in the XV. and IV. district in a not really favourable period. Spiritual darkness, war, political turmoil and oppression, revolution and all that which followed was all typical in this period.'

David Szabo was a student at the College of Fine Arts between 1953-1959. His teachers were Jenő Barcsay, Aurel Bernath, Lajos Végvári and previously Magda Varga. he lives in Rákospalota.
