The African Museum was founded by Dr. Endre Nagy in 1913. He completed his schools in Keszthely, and later graduated as a lawyer in Pécs. He got a shootermasterly diploma in Germany. Because of his secret marriage with Alexandra Hatvany, He was emprisoned in 1944. However, the new government after the Horty regime released him in 1950. continue
