The chamber exhibition focuses on the Count Lajos Tisza thinking in terms of the flood and the rebirth of Szeged. The apropos is the 110th anniversary of the death of the count.
A cloth to be put in front of the fire for protection made by women of Szeged for the man who oversaw the reconstruction works for which the woodcarvings were made by acclaimed artisans of Pest is a piece of interest worth seeing.
Extremely rare photos, four of the flood and four of the process of reconstruction are also shown: a contemporary photo from the era of György of Klösz of Pest, as well as valuable photos from the Lauscher Studio and the Letzter and Co. Studio. The photo picturing Mihály Munkácsy and the Count Lajos Tisza together taken in 1891 is a curiosity. Munkácsy visited Szeged to collect material for his painting entitled Original Settlement.
