In the neighbourhood of the exhibition titled 'Forest as the temple of nature' a yurt stands. The visitors may see an extremely interesting exhibiton in the pavilion where two thousands years of the history of the Hungarians and nature is overviewed.

In the middle of the ward a giant disk made of a pine of California is placed. The diameter of the oval-shaped disk is between 4 and 6 meters. It weights 7 tons. The years it lived can be calculated of the reeds. According to these the tree bagan its life 200 BC and died in consequence of a lightning in 1956.

When the seed of our pine was sewn the Roman Empire lived its heydays and the Finnugor people still lived in Asia. The most important dates of the Hungarians are marked next to the reeds. These events are demonstrated in the showcases.

The history recalled gives a possibility for all the Hungarian visitors to rethink our history which might help in strenghtening our so often battered consciousness.
