The region historical exhibition represents the documents and relics of the churches, schools, artisans and merchants and the events of the second world war. (At Nagybajom German-Hungarian forces succeeded in closing the way before the Soviets.)

The exhibition also demonstrates the history of the museum building and the literary historical relics of the settlement. Mihály Csokonai Vitéz had been the guest of the literature lover owner István Sárközy and his wife for one whole year. Ádám Pálóczi Horváth also often visited the house.

Another room sets a memorial to the Sárközy family themselves. Contemporary furniture, paintings, photographs, costumes and other objects keep up the memory of the former genitive family.

The material of our excellent scholar Albert Gyergyai - documents, rewards, works - are also exhibited.
