The History of Customs and Customs Office dates back the end of the 19th century, and historic Komárom on the left bank of the Danube. The office moved to South-Komárom in 1920. The army post was built in 1927. Part of it now hosts the temporary exhibition room.

The exhibition is to show the local history of customs, the life of people working for it, and the biography of those who answered the appeal.
