The statues that are part of the sundial are made of willow. They are reminders of time related terms and are in connection with the zodiac in terms of content, colour and material. Naturally, you can also tell the time when looking at it.

Hour hand: The central figure (made of copper) is the "Man Angel" with a wing. With the help of the mirror in the hand of the female figure, you can tell the time.
The hours on the dial are designated by trails that lead to the entrance old small buildings. Light takes a journey on these trails and reaching the centre, they tell the time. The text for the dial will be put on the plinth for the central figure. ’Not only the belly should be nurtured, but also the soul’ is a quotation from an old wall textile. The various statues are symbols of body and soul, material, idea and spirit.
In the various stages, the couples are portrayed opposing one another, as daily existence in eternal life, the finite material, and human existence, sacred and profane - it is an attempt to solve the riddles of time.
Clock: as eternal time daily time, in other words practical existence and cosmic time represented together.
The colour of the figures: Related to the meanings in zodiac- precious metal and colour soil from Hungary.
