Géza Maróti was a versatile artist of the 20th century. He was a painter, an architect, and sculptor. Many of the buildings in Budapest have his art ornamenting them. As the member of the Association of Applied Arts and frequent participant of its exhibitions he organized the Christmas fairs in the Glass Hall of the Museum of Applied Arts and designed the installations of the Spring Exhibitions.
