I was born in Budapest, Hungary in 1946. Even though I wanted to be a painter ever since childhood, I went to applied arts school and learned interior design and furniture making. I worked as a model maker-graphic artist, commercial graphic artist, costume designer, assistant director at a theatre and later I was a soldier and textile colorer. In the meantime, I studied music at the Cello Department, and off course I did drawings and paintings. I have been working as an independent fine artist and painter from 1982.

I am also attracted to human studies: history, military history, music, philosophy, the history of technique especially sailing. I intend to show an objective picture of our world in my art, with a little irony and fun.
