'The applied artist Horváth László is the leader of the Manufacture of Herend for decades. His objects have won several prizes; he participates at national and international exhibitions as well. His newest works just like his diploma work are connected to architecture.

His monumental colorful wall picture made of tile titled 'The Light of Nature' was placed in the hall of the Hospital of Veszprém in January.

He makes porcelain pictures in his studio. Light, fragile dandelions land on his compositions. Kids love dandelions, when they blow on it its seeds spread everywhere. This little plant receives a new interpretation through the porcelains of Horváth László.

The white in white compositions are porcelain wall pictures that show gently shadowed pictures in light. The applied artist Horváth László has made these pictures for 30 years. The fine light unfolds the faces of famous people as well as the faces of the founders of the factory.

He made more than 50 windows with the same technique for the hall of the Herend Factory. The round porcelain windows let the sun shine through and form the interior with discrete power.

Statues are also made in the studio of Horváth László who makes 7 of them for the Management Office of Herend. The themes are the stations of porcelain manufacturing. The relieves preserved the trace of his hand, not just symbolically but also in reality since the model was his own hand.
