A taste of the exhibition
The most interesting feature of the event is that the participants approach new ideas based on their age and possibilities. The importance of object- and environment culture provides a number of interesting ideas and thoughts for our visitors.

The scholarship that came to existence in 1988 was announced for young designers and was first awarded in 1989. The aim of the founders was to help the young designers at the beginning of their career and in their professional development. With supporting them, the founders help in raising the culture of environment, form and object, as well as helping the marketability of Hungarian products.

The program for 2005 was announced by the Bureau of National Research and Technology, the Ministry of National Cultural Heritage, the Bureau of Hungarian Patents and the Council of Hungarian Industrial Design. The arrangement is provided by the office of the Council of Hungarian Industrial Design.

The applicants include those young designers under 35 who have a diploma concerned, who own a professional program and are active independent designers. A professional jury will decide on the scholarship. Those awarded will give an account of their work in written and spoken form and at a public exhibition yearly. A committee decides if the scholarship is extended for the following year.
