The Neo-Gothic Royal stairs ornamented with stone lace starts on the main floor of the Gara Chapel. The hallway leading to the Royal oratory holds three aquarelles, the works of Jenő Lechner, picturing the decorations of the coronation in 1916. Books of ceremony from the 18th and one from the 19th century are also displayed in the hallway.

The copy of the Crown is under a glass in the Royal Oratory as well as the scepter and the apple of the country made by the goldsmith Lajos Bartha of Budapest in 1966. The balcony facing the shrine of the church holds the enthronization thrones of the coronation.
The photo exhibition presenting the Holy Crown and its history is located there. The aim of the exhibition is to show this unique event of our history in blow-ups as well as presenting the professional result of the examination of the crown.
