The objective of the program series is to show photos by contemporary Hungarian artists, both to the public in large, and the profession. Everyone born after 1 January 1976 was allowed to contest.
Members of the jury, representing the Foundation Fotografus.hu were the art historian Virág Böröczfy, the Balogh Rudolf Prize awarded photographer, the professor for MOME Miklós Gulyás, and also the photographer Artúr Rajcsányi. According to the original concept for the exhibition, the jury was to make decision based on the professional quality of the works, and not the genre or technique with which it was made. Over 100 applicants sent in their works, 54 of them were chosen to show at the Biennial.
