14 people sent in their carvings for the mask carving proposal. We judged 54 traditional masks, of which 36 were recommended for exhibition. The various styles can easily be analized through the items sent. However, a good number of individual traits can also be found. The jury also judged what technique and paining methods were used and how much traditional connection the items had.
