The museum house, which was furnished by Dr. Judit Szűcs and co-workers, introduces the furniture of the fishermen, sailors, the carpenters, and the peasants who lived in this part of the town. The houses of downtown were mainly built with board pediments made by the carpenters of wood that was shipped down the Tisza from the Carpathians. The museum house was restored in its two window version.
