Lussonium is a Roman settlement situated on top of the height called Bottyán-sánc, once towering over the bed of the Danube, in the locality Dunakömlőd, today part of the town Paks. The archaeological site is known since the 19th century. Exploration has started in 1969, and is done systematically since 1987.
