The Archaeology Park of Százhalombatta shows experimental- and environment related archaeological works in varied topics. As the first stage of experiments dealing with clothing of the Palaeolithic, experimenters painted wool thread with autochthonous plants still available. Up to now, 234 colours were produced using 21 different plants during experiments from 2002. A rich variation of colours come to life in front our eyes when we look at the cloths painted with tinctorials extracted from the flower, leaf or yield of nuts, elderberry, blueberry and a number of other plants.

The visitors can learn about phases of experiments, the plants used and colours extracted from them.
