Kubászova Tamara began to work in sculpturing as her second interest. On the way home from work, she passed a building where a fine art circle worked. At first she just peeped in, then one day she opened the door. The leader of the group and the teacher Janzer Frigyes invited her to enter, look around or join them.
The atmosphere, the people the kind encouragement kept her there for over twenty years. Her talent, industriousness and her master's excellent professional work had good results. Tamara's works were soon included in the exhibitions of the group. Soon they were shown in national and international showings as well. Her work was awarded many times.
The people appreciating her often talk about her coins never forgetting about her small statues and portraits. Tamara made a good decision when she began to deal with this not so easy side of sculpturing since her works made her present in the homes of many artists, scientists, architects, layers etc. since many associations asked her to make the awards.
The past five years brought her the joy of being immortal: her public statues were erected in Budapest and Kaposvár.
Tamara's personality and work can be characterized with harmony and gentility of the soul. Her every work suggest love, care and respect of life, may the topic be nature or man himself. Her ars poetic is to be human, positive and enchanting. The sculptor Rétfalvi Sándor, one of her masters, talks about Tamara like this: 'She likes human faces, flowers, pebbles, shells, water, Earth, the Sun, spiders, sparrows and human body. In one word, she loves. She makes us see the wonder of the world whatever is in connection with us, people.'
