Many people have the manifesto ringing a bell in their minds and many remembers the tricycles or horses of the soda men, as well as the bottles left in front of the doors to be changed. We loved the soda, even to sprinkle it.

The theme is at the bottom of all of our hearts, especially at the bottom of the tradesmen who still live on the trade. They are proud of the objects mirroring the past and present of their job. The beauty of the bottles, machines and patents make their hearts rejoice and are happy to see how important soda is in the life of many.

Márai wrote the following of the drink: 'Soda water is not mineral water, please understand this. Soda means civilization now, but the imagination of centuries was necessary for the Hungarians to learn the secret of spritzer which is behind the secret of long life.'

Off course the 'horse of the soda man' is also part of the exhibition. The sad fated horse is well known from the saying (he is beating it as the soda man is beating its horse), but it is still the faithful company top the tradesman. The visitors may also read an essay about why the donkey is better than a horse.
