lovation: House for Free Education (3, Fürdő Sor, Székesfehérvár)

Organizers:Municipal Gallery - Deák Collection, House for Free Education, Alcoa Köfém Education and Cultural Club House

The Colony of Artists in Székesfehérvár is organized by committed participants in the colonies, for the second time. This time the genres of eletrography and graphics are in focus.

Art, supporting artists has been important for some time in Székesfehérvár, since beginning in 1990 and for over 22 years the town supported work at the Agárd Art Colony. Since 1996, the town is also a supporter of the Mór Art Colony. The local artist association is almost the only independent gallery to run a gallery and show the works of various artists they invite.

The choice of venue and building - House for Free Education -has been for ages the home of contemporary art, and through the house attached to it is home of arts education as well (Lakeside High School and Secondary School of Arts).

14 days of working together, thinking together will be held at the city's busiest time in terms of programs. These are probably good recreation programs and possibly inspiration for the artists as well.

Work of this artist this year at the colony is accompanied by lectures, screenings that will hopefully make the event interesting for visitors as well.

Elektorgraphics is referred to by works of art that are made of by means of electronic media - primarily computer, at the beginning these were made using copier, or fax machines in a way that that the imaging has specific features not characteristic of other technical options, that is, the role of technology is beyond its intermediary function of reproduction or reproductive function.
