The more than 200 year-old building is the only one of the mansions of the Kölcsey family that remained standing untouched. It was built in the popular classicist style.

In its conventional (open chimney) kitchen we can learn about the contemporary instruments. The products of vine cultivation and wine making are exhibited in the cellar underneath the house.
