Ethnographically, the village is located on the boundary of the Palóc region and the Great Hungarian Planes. Traditions of the Galga banks are kept mainly by the people of the village. like songs, games, clothing, architecture and farming.
Varied age groups of the Folk Band fulfill reviving and keeping traditions.
In 1966 the County House for the Village of Szada foundation was established. Now the county house presents its collection of locale folk art at a display organized by Mrs. Galambos and Mrs. Puskás.
