Magyarlukafa is situated in the hills of South-Zselic, in Baranya County. It is a small village 20 kilometers from Szigetvár. Its only place of interests is the so-called house with a sole where the Ethnographic Studio of Magyarlukafa operates.

The unit of vernacular buildings was built in the 19th century. It consists of houses and two barns. We formed artisan yards in the buildings to present folk trades. The artisans of the Kaptár Association frequently hold workshops by the content of the Baranya County Museum Authority County. The members of the association teach weaving, pottery, basket making, woodcarving, candle dipping, and other interesting trades. The publishing of the museum and the products of the members of the association are on sale in the workshop.

The ethnographic studio of Magyarlukafa is an excellent place for excursions of classes or company of friend either on weekdays or at the weekends. Besides the workshops, there is an excellent opportunity of fishing and for excursions at the area.
