The collection of old objects and documents began in the 1920's in Vasvár. The material placed in the Town Hall was destroyed at the time of WWII. The process of collecting began again under the supervision of Antal Németh in 1948. A District Museum was created of using his and the material of the archeological findings of 1951. continue
