The House of Hungary, an institution symbolising the unity of all Hungarians, aims to strengthen relationships between Hungarian communities at home and over the border, as well as help create a positive image of Hungarians. The House of Hungary regularly offers non-profit programmes to the public free of charge. Along with entertainment and cultural events, scientific and educational conferences, workshops and engaging youth programmes are also on offer.

Programmes at the House of Hungary serve to reinforce national identity and present an overview of the values, accomplishments and successes of Hungarians around the world. They help to familiarise local and foreign visitors with Hungaricums, our material and intellectual heritage, cultural treasures and scientific, academic and sporting achievements.

The House of Hungary hosts both permanent and seasonal exhibitions.
Permanent exhibitions
The permanent exhibition "We Hungarians" first opened in October 2014. Its aim is to show us Hungarians why being Hungarian is a good thing, what we can be be proud of and what we have given to the world. continue
