The home of Dr. J├ínos Espersit J├ínos (1879-1931) was regarded as one of the most significant intellectual centre of D├ęl-Alf├Âld. Dr. J├ínos Espersit was a solicitor, periodical editor, and a patron of literature and arts. Gyula Juh├ísz was writing in his home, and Attila J├│zsef was staying here for months, too. The third outstanding writer of the Hungarian literature that visited the home was Ferenc M├│ra.

The building has been serving as an exhibition hall since 1979.
