The exhibition presents weapons of revolutionary times, in connection with the celebration of 1848-49. The base for the exhibition is the private collection owned by Fekete György and Norbert Máday, with additional items from the museum's collection.

The items on display shed light on one of the great eras in Hungarian history beginning with the Reformation age and ending with the retaliation after the War of Independence.

The exhibition reviews the battle history of the revolution, the weaponry of the parties at war and also the most important figures. In addition to the rich and diverse material, the visitors will also find splendid ornamental sabres; standard weapons that were used in the army those days, the parapet Austrian cavalry wore etc. Special and rare items are the uniforms due to the durability of the material they were made of, or the sabretaches e.g. that the visitors will find.

These relics are rare and special both for the collectors and museums as well.
