Visitors to OSZK will find a very cozy reading corner which has been there since November called Örkény Island, located opposite the banquet hall on floor 4. The Hungarofest Nonprofit Ltd. and the Palatinus Publishing Company joined forces to set up the corner which is in the middle of a chamber exhibition that is the result of the contest announced by Hungarofest called Have You Got a Minute? - Create! for young people from 14 to 28. The material also consists of the év közötti fiataloknak szóló művészeti pályázatra érkezett alkotásokból, a Örkény István Photo Exhibition of the Cultiris Art GAllery and some of the works by Ürkény published in a foreign languaes, owned by the OSZK.

Four categories were available for the applicants of the Hungarofest contest: - photo, graphics, short film, miscellaneous art, but necesarily related to ÖrkényÍs art. Over 200 works contested of which dozens were awarded and are now on display at the exhibition.

Of the content on the Örkény homepage run by OSZK, - we show the list of the Tót Family and the Catsplay staged across the world. Photo tablets demonstrate the life of Örkény are on the walls, the photos selected from the collection of the Cultiris Art Gallery. Of the books published in foreign languages from the OSZK collection, we show some published in Czech, Slovenian, Turkish and even Esperanto.
