One of the famous confectioners in Budapest with all the sweet that sweetens life is over 140 years old. It took a long journey to become what it is now, considering that it started off as a small sweet shop in Tabán. It also took five generations of the family Auguszt to extend the shop, with all their experiences and knowledge. They have become not only nationwide, but also internationally, too. The story of the confectioner's is well-known, reflecting success but also hardship, including air-raids in WWII, nationalization afterwards and deportations of family members, too. To survive - to start again!

Either helped or halted history the family, however, they, the Auguszts, always tried to serve their costumers and provide a pleasant atmosphere for them, having a good coffee and piece of cake.
