The Vojvodina born Ferenc Baráth has been involved in making bills for the international theatre parade, the Thealter Festival. Ferenc Baráth went to the Academy of Art in Belgrade, then he was the art director for the magazine New Symposium and the periodical Source. His bills can be characterised with visual opposites and their coordination. Ferenc Baráth has been awarded by a number of prizes.
The bills he made for the Thealter Festival in the past twenty years have become a kind of trademark for the festival. We show these at the exhibition at the Kass Art Gallery, opening on 24 July.
