Two artists, of the age of 67 and 30, all together 97. They both began their career in Miskolc. The older one of them, László Seres, lives in Miskolc, the younger one, Ákos Bánki lives in Budapest. Their art as painters can be best characterised by the term Seres coined 'non ego art'.

Bánki’s early pictures were influenced by renaissance and baroque, though unrecognizably as they functioned as patterns and were rotated by either 90 or 180 degree angle.
Seres followed the traditions of the 'New York School' that influenced him during the time he lived in New York with its progressiveness and contemporary experience.
Bánki is through his early art. His early organic, intrinsic structures have become more organized with grander forms.
Seres' pictures have become even more simple, stripes of one colour.
