The Aquincum Museum launched a new thematic series for the visually impaired. Palpable exhibitions so far have been about Roman lifestyle, or excavations in Aquincum. From 2011, we decided on showing a new topic every year in the framework of palpable exhibitions. This year the topic is having a good time, in other words, how people in the Roman age celebrated in Aquincum.

The exhibition in the building 'Dirke' in Aquincum is a special selection of finds. The items can be touched, held, and they have Braille writing on them.

The visually impaired visitors may tour the exhibition alone, or on groups on prior notice on museum activity day.
