In 1929 two fragile women set off to India on foot. All they had was some money and a great amount of vocation. Through a line of lucky coincidences they arrived in the country of their dreams that welcomed them with a number of sites to paint. They painted pictures of Mahátmá Gándhí, a "The Great Soul", the Nobel Prize awarded poet Rabindranath Tagore, several members from the Nehru family, or even the Dalai Lama.
During their lives full of excitement they painted thousands of pictures.
