The graphic artist Balázs Balázs Kolos was born in 16 December 1973 in Mohács. He attended schools of Erdősmárok, Himesháza and Pécs. He graduated at the Italian Department at the University of Pécs. Balázs Balázs Kolos became interested in drawings in primary school. At secondary school, he already exhibited his works at shows.

His first independent exhibition was held at age 17 in Pécs. Following this, he participated at several common exhibitions in Fonyód, Keszthely, Pécs and Mohács. He believes his master was his father who also was his art teacher. He received professional guidance from the painter Endre Szász. His unique graphics tell that he does talk about his deepest feelings without taboos.

The sculptor Balázs Balázs was born on 11, April 1942 in Kosna (Beszterce County).His first exhibition was held in Veszprém County. He is the member of the Association of Hungarian Arts Teachers; he often organizes artist camps. In 1968, he moved to Baranya County. He managed a mixed school with his wife for ten years. He was the art director of the Ceramics plant in Kishajmás 1978-1980. He worked as an independent ceramic artist in 1981-1984.

In 1984, he moved to Italy for a two-year study trip. After returning home he began to teach in Himesháza. He was the Chairman of the Arts Association of Mohács. He began a successful free arts school and participated at 14 independent and 16 common exhibitions. He was chosen mayor of Erdősmárok in 1995. He is the principal of the Primary School of Hímeshéza since 1997. His statues can be found at public places at 11 settlements.

His most important works: Granny (Pécs), Fontana (Mohács), Play Trees (Szigetvár), For the Fallen (Erdősmárok), Fountain with Stone Snake (Balatonfenyves), Székelykapu (Himesháza), Reedy on Fire (Mohács), Statue Tree (Albino - Itália), Brotherhood (Rasdorf, Germany), Crucifix (Maráza), Millennium Memorial (Himesháza), love (Ponte di Piave - Italy), Fountain, Millennium Memorial (Belvárdgyula).
