The village in the Palóc region that includes Nógrád County is part of the Unesco World Heritage and increasingly popular among foreign tourists. It offers visitors a variety of cultural and arts attractions, including this museum, opened in 1990.

The two rooms of a traditional cottage contain a display called The post service history of Nógrád county. The exhibits, tableaux and documents provide information about an important aspect of the history of the village and the disrict.

A taste of the exhibition
Hollókő is a little Palóc village in Nógrád County. The village belonging to the world heritage is bacoming popular among visitors from Hungary and abroad. The Post Museum opened in 1990 is a favored location. An exhibition is open in two wards: 'The Post of Palóc Land' showing documents and the history of the village. continue
