The empty room of the Village Hall is the first home of the Village Museum. The first furniture acquired by the museum was an old desk. The objects betray what the village dwellers were interested in and it is possible to gather how it is possible to develop the collection.

As soon as we enter, the first things we see are those five silver pots that the Fire Fighter Association gave out. Next to them, there are ore coins from varied times, as well as banknotes from the time when the village was occupied by Romanians and during the war. There is also the coat of arms of the village with the its seal, as well as the flag and ribbons of one of the folk singing teams.

The diaries of the village from 1803 to 1820 represent history. The book of competitors from 1850, a map from 1853, records of proceedings from 1890 and a diary of events from 1925 are also shown. The book of taxes from the 1840's is of great value.

We also hold several military memories: tools and equipment from the war just as presents of soldiers returning home.

A number of objects hold the memory of events in the village. Among them there are a dozen lamps before electricity was invented, a sword, a piece of rail from when two trains collided, a statue from the old church, an article on the village and a report of a doctor. We also show a tablet on which the taxpayers are listed from 1720 to 1735.

The development of the village before and after the war are shown on charts showing population, taxation and cultural state.

The ethnographic collection that informs on the clothing, housing including tools and equipment used in households of the people of the village is a very valuable part of the collection. Among others, we show a chest with tulip decoration etc. Two dolls wear the dress of women of Füzesabony. One of them is a married; the other is an unmarried woman.

A few stuffed birds represent the former fauna of the region. A few petrified trees and soil layers remind the visitors of the geology of the region. A very important part of the display is the Bronze Age finds in Füzesabony named 'Culture in Füzesabony'.

The people of the village collected most of the objects except for a few. In the example of the Museum of Füzesabony, we see how the first village museums were established.

The Museum of Füzesabony presents local values, as well as information on the past and present of the village.
