There are a number of special houses in Győr that were built over a century ago. Several of those buildings that were typical in making up a city towards the end of the 19th century are to be seen in Győr. They represent how architects in the past worked and realized their ideas, based on the requirements of the commissioner.
The exhibition at the Children's Museum takes us for a walk by way of archive photos, original sketches of houses, churches and railway stations.
The second part deals with contemporary architecture. Buildings in the town of Pannonhalma were designed by the architect Tamás Czigány. In addition, the visitors will find a number of photos and scale models of the buildings.
