What is 'metaverse’'art? Last January we set out to find answer to this question. We asked over 100 metaverse artists, and a lot of art fans to answer the question: what is metaverse art? It was founded by Diabolus/CARP, Art Space Diabolus, Caravaggio Bonetto (Naomi Devil), Velazquez Bonetto (Ordögh László Diabolus), and Josina Burgess (Jose den Burger) on 27 June 2007.
Simulators: Benvolio, Malvolio & Jourdain Second Life, CARP1, CARP2, Yoshiwara and Rotwangs_labor in Metropolis Metaversum.
The goal of the Art Space Diabolus CARP Team ever since its foundation was to research various forms of expression of metaverse virtual media and innovative way of expression. In the past 4 years, the group grew into one of 64 members. Members coined a number of expressions, such as the adaptive virtual architecture, interactive audio installation, complex cybernetic art, collaborative audiovisual improvisation, immersive 4D cinema, collaborative worldwide song composition / recording / mixing technique. We often developed others' ideas into ours. We defined what hyperfunkcionalism is. the most important tool we have is art scripting, '3D virtual paintbrush and paint'. We published all the innovations and productions of the CARP Group in an e-book series.
There are two things we would like to show the audience.
1. we open a window on metaversum via two-three computers, to show metaverse works of art.
2. We would also like to show how metaverse art effects traditional forms of art music, painting, design, book illustration etc).
